MarcoGO is a directory and guide for Marco Island, Florida. We list local businesses, services and events and link you to them. We are not the provider of those goods or services and are not a party to any transaction between you and a business.

We work to keep listings, hours, phone numbers, addresses and event details accurate, but they can change without notice. Please confirm details directly with the business or organizer. Weather, tide, flight and emergency information is provided for convenience only and must not be relied on for safety decisions; follow official sources and local authorities.

Listing a business does not mean we endorse or guarantee it. You are responsible for choosing and dealing with any business you contact through the app.

Local Deals offers are created and honored by the businesses, not by MarcoGO. Terms, availability and expiry dates are set by each business, and MarcoGO is not responsible for refusals or changes. Please confirm with the business.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, harassing or that infringes someone else's rights. Posts such as Lost & Found items may be reviewed, edited, or removed at our discretion, and contact details you include may be seen by other users.

Submitting a business application does not guarantee a listing. We may accept, change or decline listings. Any paid placement will be agreed in writing before you are charged.

MarcoGO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MarcoGO and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or from dealings with third-party businesses.

You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
